California, and all California state courts. He is registered to practice before the
United States Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO"). He has also conducted
patentability searches for the USPTO using the department's security-clearanced
systems and databases. In addition to practicing law, he has taught as a
professor of Patent Law, Intellectual Property Law and Patent Prosecution. His
engineering background stems from a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from
Revelle College, UC San Diego. Our founder has been a member of the
Intellectual Property Law Section of the American Bar Association, the American
Intellectual Property Law Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the
Orange County Patent Law Association.
