Trademark Office. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Mushet has taught as a professor of Patent
Law. His engineering background stems from a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Revelle
College, UC San Diego. Mr. Mushet has been a member of the Intellectual Property Law
Section of the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association,
the Orange County Bar Association, and the Orange County Patent Law Association.
